I feel like a new person since she has started taking care of my back.18 January 2025In het verleden heb ik reconstructieve chirurgie moeten ondergaan, waardoor ik tot op heden veel moet bewegen/sporten om flexibel te blijven. Afgelopen zomer dacht ik toch even rust te kunnen nemen, maar helaas pakte dit verkeerd uit. Doordat de brede rugspier aan een kant ging verkrampen, trok deze het een en ander uit zijn verband, met als gevolg wekenlang tintelende schouder, nek, arm en vingers gepaard met de nodige pijn. Mijn fysiotherapeute raadde mij destijds aan om eens een relax massage te doen, zodat mijn hoofd, spieren en zenuwbanen beter deden ontspannen. Zo gezegd zo gedaan. Ik plande bij Irene een relax massage en deze was heerlijk. Maar gezien de klachten die ik had, en de vele triggerpoints, adviseerde Irene me, de sportmassage en later de buccal massage te doen. Door de vakkundigheid van Irene ben ik van de pijn en het tintelen af en uiteindelijk is mijn lichaam veel meer ontspannen en soepeler. Tot op de dag van vandaag ga ik nog steeds voor ‘onderhoud’ van mijn spieren naar haar toe!15 January 2025Irene is truly fantastic!
